Conflicts are naturally part of life at work, but they are often overlooked, and most of the time, they are downright avoided! And it is a shame because for a team to reach a high level of performance, it must often dare to brave difficult conversations and to sail better inside its conflicts. This is how the team members will learn from each other and flow with the different tensions.

This training workshop day will allow you to explore the nature of conflicts and the different ways to manage them and thus facilitate powerful and effective meetings.
