Prerequisite
Have at least three years of experience in project management and teams.
I have been faced with challenges related to change in organization and conduct.
Be currently engaged in a mission to put into practice the skills acquired.
Have experienced a failure in carrying out a project or/and have the desire to explore new methods and approaches.

Educational means
Methodological approach: Our educational approach is based on experience. The training is structured in 12 modules, one week spaced, to allow progressive practice. It is made up of 30% theory and 70% practice. The trainer presents the theoretical concepts, gives concrete examples and offers practical exercises to experiment with the facilitation tools of collective intelligence.
Training support: At the end of the training, the trainer gives the trainees training support, including the essential elements covered. In addition, coaching sessions are planned between the modules to accompany the participants individually.
Educational support: Each participant will receive a specific card game during training. In addition, trainees are encouraged to hold a logbook to follow their development and benefit from an introspection medium.
Technical methods: The training will take place via a videoconferencing platform using digital collaborative tools. Trainees must, therefore, have a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam, audio system, and microphone.
