This training allows you to choose how to adjust your management approach to support team self-organization, ensure alignment, and strengthen your organization’s ability to adapt to change and a constantly evolving environment.

This program provides tools and reflection guides to enhance both individual and organizational adaptability in our ever-changing environments. By the end of the course, you will have all the necessary tools to master the natural laws of human potential development.

Prerequisites:

• At least three years of experience managing teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience dealing with organizational challenges and change management.
• Currently in a managerial position to apply learnings in practice.

Educational Methods:

• Methodological Approach: Our training approach is experience-based. The program consists of 8 modules spread over two-week intervals, allowing for progressive implementation. It includes 30% theory and 70% practice. The trainer presents theoretical concepts, provides real-world examples, and facilitates practical exercises to experiment with collective intelligence facilitation tools.
• Training Materials: At the end of the course, participants will receive training materials summarizing key concepts covered. Additionally, coaching sessions will be scheduled between modules to provide individual support.
• Learning Resources: Each participant will receive a specific card deck to use throughout the training.
• Inter-Module Assignments: At the end of each module, participants will be given reflection or application exercises, which they will document in an online learning journal (Google Classroom). This also allows for asynchronous exchanges with the trainer to help integrate the concepts learned during the training.
• Technical Requirements: The training will be conducted via a video conferencing platform (Zoom or Teams) and will utilize digital collaboration tools (Draft.io). Participants must have a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with a webcam and an audio system, including a microphone.
