Leading Safe

During this two-day lesson, participants will acquire the knowledge necessary to direct a Lean-Agile company using the Agile Framework® Scaled (SAFE®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systemic thinking, development Agile, product development flow, and DevOps. They will discuss the five skills necessary to become a Lean company. They will also learn and put into practice the knowledge required to support and execute the PO Planning and to coordinate several agile delivery trains (art).
