Leading Safe
During this two-day lesson, participants will acquire the knowledge necessary to direct a Lean-Agile company using the Agile Framework® Scaled (SAFE®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systemic thinking, development Agile, product development flow, and DevOps. They will discuss the five skills necessary to become a Lean company. They will also learn and put into practice the knowledge required to support and execute the PO Planning and to coordinate several agile delivery trains (art).
Participants will better understand the Lean-Agile state of mind, why it is so effective in the current market, and what a Lean-Agile transformation means. They will also learn to create and support agile teams and programs, to empower a Lean portfolio, to create a continuous delivery and development culture, and to coordinate large solutions. They will develop a set of skills in demand worldwide – and will give their businesses the means to succeed in a market by constantly changing – by becoming SAFE® 6 AGILIST (SA).

- Experience of more than five years in the development of software, tests, commercial analysis, product management or project
- Scrum experience
