SAFe – Lean Portfolio Management

The alignment of the execution strategy is essential to the success of any organization. It is a crucial aspect of the Agile Framework® Scaled. Thanks to a Lean management approach to the portfolio (LPM), you can collaborate beyond silos, empower the teams and organize yourself around value to adapt to customer needs more quickly.

What you will learn

The Lean Portfolio Management course helps executives, project management managers (PMO), and other key stakeholders to be dynamically planned and flexible to adjust initiatives and budgets according to the ‘evolution of the market. The Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) course provides participants with the advice and tools to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams. You will learn to link the strategy and initiatives of the portfolio to the planning and execution of work, to integrate the return of information from participatory budgeting, and to adapt to change while maintaining your vision and your leaf road to financing.

• One-year membership at the SAFE® community platform.
• To access content, tools, and resources in English, you must practice SAFE daily.
• SAFE Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification exam.
• Access to the optional “Getting Started With LPM” workshop (start with LPM).

Logistics :

The training will take place via the Zoom application for four half-days, in the morning for Canada and the afternoon for Europe.
About a week before the start of the training, you will receive an email including connection information and a list of activities and preparatory readings.
