Professional Agile Leadership Essential (PAL-E) – Immersion
The Professional Agile Leadership (PAL-E) course combines the latest theoretical leadership advances with practical exercises to help leaders of all levels working directly or indirectly with agile teams understand how to support, guide, and supervise their agile teams.
The workshop provides a base to understand leaders’ role in creating the conditions for a successful agile transformation. Managers and managers are essential to helping organizations succeed, but their role in an agile organization can differ significantly from what they are used to. By combining an innovative leadership approach with techniques and tools that have proven their value in contemporary organizations, students will learn the essentials to succeed with agility.
Immersion program
The immersion program is an alternative format that presents the same content as the traditional professional training in agile leadership; nevertheless, it allows students to apply what they have learned in their natural environment. This format is improved by incorporating retrospectives for improvement, making the learning experience very effective and practical.
An immersion program is a learning method in which students actively apply their knowledge in authentic contexts during the program over an extended period. During the program, you will work with a team of your peers on representative cases of organizations in transition to agility. This will allow you to apply what you have learned immediately and positively change your environment.

The Professional Agile Leadership Courses are intended for managers and managers, including product owners and Scrum Masters, who wish to develop the ability of their organization to seize market opportunities, competitive pressures, or innovation opportunities.
Certification
All the participants who follow the Professional Agile Leadership Essentials course will receive a password to try the PAL I assessment. PAL I certification, recognized by industry, requires a minimum score of 85 %.
PAL-E course participants who try the PAL I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and who do not get a score of at least 85 % will be entitled to a second attempt at no cost additional.
