SAFe – Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM)

This two-day course provides an in-depth understanding of how to effectively exercise this role within the Agile Release Train (ART), with a focus on Planning Intervals (PIs) and Continuous Delivery.

- Role clarity : Clearly understand the roles of the Product Owner and Product Manager in the SAFe organization.
- Lean-Agile principles : Link SAFe’s Lean-Agile principles and values to the roles of the Product Owner and Product Manager.
- Effective planning and execution : Learn how to manage backlogs, plan iterations and IPs, and execute for continuous value delivery.

Prerequisites
All participants are welcome to attend this course, whatever their experience. However, the following requirements are recommended:
- Participation in a Leading SAFe® course.
- Experience of working in a SAFe environment.
