Encouraging open communication: the art of feedback

Like the martial arts, the art of feedback subtly blends knowledge, know-how and skills.

In four workshops of two hours each, we offer you a space to learn and practice in complete safety. Between workshops, you’ll apply your new knowledge to the fabric of your daily life. We know that wisdom doesn’t come from a single workshop but continuous practice. This will give your mind time to digest and incorporate these new perspectives.

Each workshop offers theoretical and concrete “micro-content,” allowing you to discover by doing. You’ll be guided through moments of personal reflection, sub-group exchanges, real-time practice and autonomous experimentation in your everyday environment.
