  • Day 1 – Facilitation for efficient teams
    • Introduction to facilitation and its role in a successful team collaboration
    • Explore the intention behind facilitation and share the group’s intention
    • Guide conversations according to the group’s intention
    • Develop the ability to take into account other perspectives to accommodate a diversity of points of view
    • Better understanding of facilitation practices
    • Complete conversations with critical practices
    • Understand and experience different tools and facilitation process
    • Develop the position of the facilitator and establish links between people and ideas
    • Develop emotional intelligence to recognize and name emotions
    • Use the group’s operating rules and prepare the physical environment

  • Day 2 – Facilitation of authentic retrospectives
    • Create psychologically safe spaces for team members to be able to share their views
    • Understand group dynamics, roles and leadership principles
    • Develop listening and adaptability to meet the needs of the team
    • Explore a variety of activities to energize retrospectives
    • Discover practical tools that can be added to your toolbox now
    • Create logical sequences taking into account the context of the iteration and the phases of Reunion
    • Experience retrospective facilitation in a safe environment
    • Explore case studies and accurate simulations for complete integration of learning.
  • Day 3 – Facilitation of conflict resolution
    • Understand the nature of conflicts and the different ways of managing them
    • Explore conflict management strategies and conflict response styles
    • Develop active listening and empathy capacities
    • Manage emotions in conflicts, including anger
    • Explore various techniques to better approach conflicts in a practical way
    • Create rich meetings and powerful conversations using, among other things, liberating structures
    • Offer a return of constructive and generous information
    • Manage conflicts to obtain better results for teams
