Yes, and: Conversation, Collaboration, Innovation

Employees at all levels collaborate 50% more than 20 years ago – more than ever, knowing how to collaborate effectively is a competitive advantage in the labour market. In addition, the most effective teams have a common factor: psychological security (Aristotle – Google project). Creating a driver’s environment for the team’s practical and psychological well-being is a paid investment in innovation and performance.

The workshop “Yes, and: Conversation, collaboration, innovation” gives a practical look and an opportunity to apply tools for collaboration, innovation and productive and positive conversations, which can be used directly with your team.
