“Agile coach”? …

An agile coach is neither a consultant nor, strictly speaking, a coach. He is an accompanying on the Agile path. Its action is, above all, geared towards the teams in their operational field, even if individual support phases are often necessary.

The course was created to take the participants on a trip, allowing them to complete their skills in the recurring phases of agile coaching and identify their coaching colour.

To become an agile coach who fully develops his potential at the service of the teams, we favour the following points:

Find your way of being an agile coach more than following a model.

The training is designed to help each participant identify their agile coaching style and colour, depending on their talents, affinities and experience. This is why we conceived this course with the intervention of several agile coaches, like so many possible inspirations for the participants.

Surround yourself with more than doing alone.

Agile coaching is complex; no one is the super coach described above. However, all of these “superpowers” are necessary for support. An agile coach can only act by surrounding himself to complete his skills, approach situations from multiple angles, secure his interventions and exceed his brakes. We bring this conviction into the abyss by designing and animating this course for several trainer coaches, and we pay great attention to activating the exchange of knowledge between participants.

Share without limit more than protecting your achievements.

Members of the Agile Community since our beginnings, we share our own experiences, practices, staff, and difficulties … Without any limit if it is not that of confidentiality towards our customers. We invite participants to do the same during the course and beyond.

Develop your curiosity more than master it.

We have designed this course to understand the profession of agile coach more intimately, acquire the necessary bases, and above all, develop the thirst to constantly acquire new helpful knowledge, practices, models, and currents of thought, … participants leave with many references to dig according to their current and future needs.
