OKR Fundamentals and in Practice

The OKR Master Certification is a 14-hour online training, spread over four half-days, designed for HR directors, change managers, coaches, consultants, PMOs, and anyone wishing to master the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework.

Training program:

  • Before the training: Allocate between 1.5 and 3.5 hours to explore the online modules and access practice exams.
  • After the training: Take a 60-minute exam in the form of a multiple-choice questionnaire (MCQ) in English.

Online module content:

  1. Introduction to OKRs: Management by objectives, agile leadership, mission, vision, strategy, history of OKRs, organizational culture, business strategy canvas.
  2. Defining OKRs: Characteristics of OKRs, organizational challenges, advantages, executive sponsorship.
  3. OKRs and Alignment: OKR framework, cadences and events, OKR scoring.
  4. Managing OKRs: Roles of OKR Master and Champion, continuous performance improvement, best practices and pitfalls to avoid.

Practical workshops:

  • Introduction and learning: Q&A on the online modules.
  • Mission and business strategy: Defining the mission and creating the strategy canvas.
  • Writing OKRs: Analyzing, defining, and writing OKRs and associated initiatives.
  • Managing OKRs: Visual management of OKRs and facilitation of related events.

Pedagogical methodology:

The training adopts a hybrid approach with online sessions, combining 80% practice and 20% theory, based on the “Training from the Back of the Room” method.
