Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU)

Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU) is a two-day practical course during which participants who already have a basic knowledge of Scrum and a particular experience of its use will learn to integrate the modern practices of The UX (the user experience is more than simply the user interface (IU)) in their way of working in Scrum as well as how to work more effectively in Scrum teams.

Design work can sometimes seem slow and not suit Scrum events and fast agile rates, but this is different. Learn UX techniques ideally suited to Scrum and put them into practice in class with multidisciplinary teams.

What you will learn

  • During these two days, participants will learn the best UX techniques with the Scrum teams. In addition, you will discover tools and practices that allow you to work better with customers and collect their comments to offer more excellent value in their eyes without modifying Scrum.
  • Participants will leave with an understanding of how to reconcile UX work with the essential elements of Scrum, such as the definition of finished, the hierarchy of the product backlog and the realization of increments.
  • You will learn to manage design work that can go beyond a single sprint, continuing to offer value with each sprint with Scrum.
