Agile project management

“An agile project manager does not exist!”
Some received ideas have a hard life. How can we continue to excel in its role when the organization changes and we find ourselves taken in contradictory dynamics?

Not only are project management and agility compatible, but they are necessary for the survival of our organizations in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.

How do you go from control of continuous improvement tools and processes? From resource management to collaboration? From long-term planning to iterative deliveries with learning? From control to emergence?
We will answer these questions together to allow you to understand your role better and influence your organization.

What you will learn:
Each session offers the sharing of experience and knowledge, practical activities, references and tools to go further and a time to reflect and think about the application of learning in your professional environment.

  • Session #1: Support at the right level – the double reality of organizations
  • Session #2: from project management to product management
  • Session #3: planning, strategy and metrics revisited
  • Session #4: From management to collaboration, humans at the center

Public or private:
The training intends to go beyond agile theory to address the real issues and questions of the participants.

In public mode, it is enriched with the sharing of experiences of participants from different organizations.
In private mode, it allows for acquiring a shared understanding and exchanging your organization’s culture and the systems in place with your employees to understand better and make them evolve.
