Target Audience

This course is all the more valuable since the entire Scrum team (developers, Scrum Master and Product Owner) participates together and experiences the power of real teamwork. The teams that follow the course together are not only able to immediately apply learning to their work, but they are also able to remember their class experiences to overcome challenging moments.

Of course, this course is also interesting for those who attend it without their entire team. These students will experience working in a Scrum team during the course. They can often transfer their knowledge to their teammates by convincing them of the advantages of using Scrum, Agile and DevOps practices.
