Safe Scrum Master

This two-day course prepares current scrum masters to assume leadership roles in facilitating agile teams, programs, and companies implementing SAFE® (SCALED Agile Framework). The course covers facilitating interactions between the teams to support the execution of the program and its continuous improvement.

It improves the scrum paradigm with an introduction to evolutionary engineering and DevOps practices; applying the kanban to facilitate the flow of value; And supporting interactions with architects, product management and other essential stakeholders in the broader context of the program and the company. The course offers usable tools for the constitution of highly efficient teams and explores practical means of treating agile and scrum anti-patterns in the company.

To play the role of SAFE® Scrum Master, participants must:

• Apply SAFE principles to facilitation, activation and coaching in a multi-team environment
• Build an efficient team and promote continuous improvement on a large scale to face agile anti-patents and scrum
• Learn to apply Kanban and Extreme Programming (XP) executives to optimize flows and improve teamwork
• Facilitate the planning, execution and delivery of the end-to-end systems program
• Support learning through participation in practice communities and innovation cycles
