This training allows you to choose how to adjust your management approach to support team self-organization, ensure alignment, and strengthen your organization’s ability to adapt to change and a constantly evolving environment.

This program provides tools and reflection guides to enhance both individual and organizational adaptability in our ever-changing environments. By the end of the course, you will have all the necessary tools to master the natural laws of human potential development.

Prerequisites:

• At least three years of experience working or managing teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience dealing with organizational challenges and change management.
• Currently in a position to apply learnings in practice.

Educational Methods:

• Methodological Approach: Our training approach is experience-based. It includes 30% theory and 70% practice. The trainer presents theoretical concepts, provides real-world examples, and facilitates practical exercises to experiment with collective intelligence facilitation tools.
• Training Materials: At the end of the course, participants will receive training materials summarizing key concepts covered. Additionally, a coaching sessions will be scheduled one month after the training to provide individual support.
• Learning Resources: Each participant will receive a specific card deck to use throughout the training.
