This course is presented as an interactive theory with activities allowing us to explore the agile mentality as well as the essential concepts of the Kanban method. This method makes it possible to optimize the delivery of the services of a team or a group of people while paying particular attention to the requests and expectations of customers.
Participants will have the opportunity to concretely experiment with a first immersion in an evolutionary method of cultural change and optimization of delivery of services, whether in information technology (TI) or any other field requiring service management, transversal teams or even the management of requests from several customers (marketing, human resources (HR), operations, finances, etc.)

- Overview of more popular methods and working managers
- Introduction to the origin of the Kanban method
- Presentation of the work concept in progress and flows drawn
- Kanban principles and practices
- Customer needs, types of work and service requests
- Viewing in Kanban Table and current work limit (WIP Limit)
- Retraction loops and cadences
- Basic metrics
- Preparation of requests upstream, establishment of engagement points and delivery expectations towards customers.
